A major publisher of Russia “Olma” will sell electronic books via the Internet using Google Booksearch

Digitized library of 24 000 books will be available for download from September this year. The cost of the project - $ 3.5 million - the creators are planning to pay back over two years. Electronic books will be indexed in the popular service Google - Booksearch.

In Google Booksearch already submitted the book about 10 000 different publishers, says the head of Russia Vladimir Dolgov, Google office. According to him, OMG will become Russia’s first major publisher to join the program. Google Booksearch makes it possible to search for words or phrases directly into the books, explains Dolgov. The user gets access to a small piece of text that appears next to a list of shops where you can buy the entire book, including in digital form. “Digital content will be paid,” - said Ivanov. He said that the cost of books will vary from $ 1 to $ 3. The authors, he said, will receive royalties on sales.
