If approved, legalization, persons under the age of 21 years can be to have an ounce (about 28 grams) of marijuana, as well as to grow hemp for personal consumption, RIA Novosti.

According to opinion polls, probably, Californians will vote for the legalization of marijuana. People already admit that marijuana is widespread in use, said a supporter of the initiative, Chris Leheyn.
